Your Account
If you use this site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Colortech Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Product Quality
We pride ourselves on selling quality printed products. If your order has any defects caused by us, we will replace the items at no additional charge. We will need a sample of the product and reasons for dissatisfaction.

If you have questions about the potential quality of a product, please contact us at weddings@colortechinc.com to request a sample prior to ordering. Charges may apply.

Site Pricing
We reserve the right at any time to change the pricing on the Site.

Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, it is submitted for processing and you will receive a low resolution PDF proof within 72 hours. When the proof is approved, it will be submitted for printing and your credit card will be charged. Printing may take up to 3-4 weeks. If needed, RUSH orders are available but they must be evaluated on a case by case basis. If you have a specific in-hand date for your order, please email weddings@colortechinc.com to see if we can meet your deadline. There may be additional charges.

Sales Tax
Colortech Inc. is required by law to collect 6% sales tax from all customers that live in the state of Pennsylvania. If you are tax exempt, you will need to show proof by faxing your Tax Exempt Form to (717) 675-2055.

Shipping
Once order processing and printing are completed, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. (We ship only to the United States and no PO Boxes.) All packages receive a tracking number and can be tracked once shipped through www.ups.com. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of your package(s). You will also be charged a $5.00 handling fee for each order.

Colortech Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage of the shipment or delay in delivery due to UPS. If there are any problems with your shipment, please call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or visit them on the web at www.ups.com.

Order Cancellation
Colortech Inc. will be happy to cancel your order prior to Approval. You may request an order cancellation by emailing weddings@colortechinc.com including your order number. We will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.

If a job is cancelled prior to approval, any labor hours (graphic design, proof, etc.) and administrative fees will be subtracted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds
Since all orders are custom and unique to the individual customer, all sales are final.

Electronic Files
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of any original electronic files.

You, the customer, are responsible for making sure none of the photos uploaded will infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity.

Submissions
Any communications or material other than your personal information submitted to this Site is the exclusive property of Colortech Inc. and is considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Such a communication may include without limitation questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, and final product. Colortech Inc. shall be free to use them for any purposes whatsoever without restriction or compensation.

Illegal Matter
Colortech Inc. will not be required to print any matter, which in their opinion is or may be of an illegal or libelous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party.

Colortech Inc. will be compensated by the customer in respect to any claims costs and expenses arising out of any libelous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design, or of any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any material printed for the customer. The compensation shall include (without limitation) any amounts paid on a lawyer's advice in settlement of any claim that any matter is libelous or such an infringement.

Governing Law
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within the State of Pennsylvania. Any failure by Colortech Inc. to exercise any of its rights hereunder will not constitute a wavier of such right.

Carlson Craft Orders
Carlson Craft orders are to be filled exclusively by Carlson Craft. Colortech Inc. is not responsible for any orders placed, or the fulfillment of Carlson Craft orders.
