Proofs

Your proof will be emailed to the address you entered during checkout within 72 hours. The proof will be a low resolution PDF. Once received, please approve the proof by clicking the approved button. Due to differences in equipment, monitors, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, color may vary. A reasonable variation in color between the proof and completed job will be deemed acceptable.

For customers who wish to view a hard copy proof of their item(s) before they are printed, we offer this ability at an additional charge of $30 per proof sheet (12x18"). Shipping is included and all item(s) will be printed on 100# Matte Cover except placemats which will be printed on 70# Uncoated Text. We will place as many products on a page that will fit so you will not be charged $30 per item. These proofs are for positional and color representation.

If you are unsatisfied with the proof, please reply to the email and state what you want changed. Additional changes will be charged at $75 per hour.

We will not print your order until final approval is received from you. This final approval means that you deem all copy, content, and color to be correct. We will send you an email confirmation that we received the final approval. Colortech will then process the order for printing.
